At Branded, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
